Point Construction was established in 2003 as a General Construction company to assist our clients with the development of investment properties. Captivated by the quality and professionalism of our work, our clients have given us the opportunity to build everything from custom homes to commercial buildings.

In 2006, Point Construction launched our residential division, Homes by Point, and combined its effort with a well-known builder in the Hillsborough-Polk county areas of Florida, Jeff Campbell Construction Inc. Jeff Campbell is one of the Residential Contractors here at Homes by Point and it is his eagle eye and attention to detail that makes our projects stand out. Jeff brings to the table 15 years of construction management and home building experience.

In 2007, Point Construction teamed up with super structure contractor extraordinaire, American Pan & Engineering CO., INC. (APEC), the European construction management of E.S.T. Construction Inc., and local development teams Ativas Development, and Naidip Capital. 

These partnerships have taken the level of development and commercial experience to a whole new level. Point Construction has an incredible team that has built some of the most recognized projects in the southeast region of the United States.
