Our homes are not just a shell. Our houses include everything you will need to walk in the door and make our house, your home. We will not nickel and dime you to death for things we 'overlook.' We even include a lighting allowance for electical fixtures and an appliance package of your choice. Our standard home price includes all pre-planning requirements such as custom engineered house plans, site due diligence, permit and fees.

Our homes are truly Custom. You get to choose all the colors for interior and exterior, shingles, doors, switches, fixtures, and cabinets. It’s your home, it should be your decision. Most home builders would just place run of the mill appliances in your home. We allow you to pick your own. We allow you to start your home with your choices, not ours.

Our homes are standard with Upgraded Features. All our houses include 42" wood cabinetry with granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. We utilize Delta Faucets to add that extra bit of beauty to your new home. Our standard flooring is 18" tile flooring in kitchen, bathrooms, nook, foyer, and laundry, with designer carpeting everywhere else. Coat the walls with high quality paint, and you have a home that will look like new for years to come.

Our homes are structurally wired. Our homes are not only wired specifically to what your plan calls for, but we also wire all rooms with Internet, phone, and Cable TV. For entertainment and security your home will be structurally wired for your alarm and any other electronic enhancements you may elect for, all centrally located in one access panel.

Our homes are complete. Besides including all the features you will need to make your house a home on the inside, we always clean up the mess on the way out and landscape your yard to complete the package. Your home will look just as good standing in front of it, as you imagined in the beginning.
