BLUE PRINT - Point Construction offers selected home plans that are available in electronic formats which allow us to quickly begin building your home. If you already have a home plan, Point Construction can work with your plans too.

BUILDING MATERIALS - Through a material confirmation process, Point Construction will perform a complete building material take-off including: Concrete, Framing, Trusses, Roofing, Exterior Doors, Windows, Siding, Insulation, Drywall, Interior Trim, Cabinets, and Appliances
 

BIDS - Point Construction will gather major Sub-Contractor bids for Site Work, Foundation, Framing, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Siding, Insulation, Drywall, Finish and Decor Items.

BUDGET - Point Construction will develop a complete construction budget for all of your construction costs.

BUILDING AGREEMENT - We will reach an agreement to move to the next phase of Point Construction program.
