The Point Construction A B C Process

Step A - Apply:

ImageAPPLICATION - Complete an on-line application and Point Construction will provide answers to your questions, assistance on what to do next, and advice you need to build a new home.

ImageAPPROVAL - Get construction loan approval, complete your construction loan requirements, and determine the loan amount you qualify for.

ImageANALYSIS - Your Point Construction will create a Loan & Construction Budget. Point Construction will determine preliminary soft construction costs, loan closing costs, construction hard costs, land costs, and determine the market values of comparable homes in your area.   

ImageAGREEMENT - If you and Point Construction determine that building a new home makes sense, we will reach an agreement to move to the next phase of Point Construction program.
